Ron Wilderink is Senior Advisor at Ironheart Corporate Advisory, bringing nearly three decades of experience in managing finance for publicly-traded and private companies, including both domestic and multinational corporations.
Ron is particularly experienced in transforming growth-oriented companies into mature, well-established corporations based upon a foundation of highly-efficient financial operations, disciplined policies and procedures, and well-conceived financing transactions with banks, private equity, venture and strategic investors.
Over the course of his career, Ron has built the financial planning and forecasting systems to enable sound revenue growth, effective cost controls, and managing the corporation against financial benchmarks critical to management, board and investor oversight. He has executed over $300M in public, private and debt-related financing transactions, including for example, a $110M follow-on public offering for Oak Technology enabling the company to growth from $40M to $250M in annual revenues.
Ron is currently the Chief Financial Officer of GrabIT, Inc., a venture-backed provider of manufacturing automation solutions based in Silicon Valley. He was previously the Chief Financial Officer of Health Access Solutions, Inc., an integrated care management and population health company backed by Anthem, Inc., and an HCA-owned physicians network in Silicon Valley and the Bay Area. He was the Chief Financial Officer of GCT Semiconductor, Inc., a multinational semiconductor manufacturer, as well as Conductus, Inc., a publicly-traded manufacturer of superconductive electronic filter and amplifier systems for the global telecommunications market. His prior experience includes positions with Oak Technology, Bell Microproducts and VMX.
Ron began his career with KPMG Peat Marwick LLP, and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of California.
